All Boomerangs are built to with stand normal everyday usage on vans, cars, limos', RVs, and 18 wheel trucks. They are completely sealed and waterproof.

What is the range of a Boomerang Antenna?

As with any antenna in any application, range is affected with many conditions. Weather, terrain, temperature, types of modulation, signal amplification, etc. all play a key role in the effective range of ALL antennas. If there is ample signal without interference, the Boomerang will bring it in on HDTV and DTV Converter and Tuners The effective range for a Standard Boomerang Series is up to 100 Miles (125 Kilometers). For the Silhouette Series, it is up to 60 Miles (75 Kilometers).

Which Boomerang Antenna should I buy?

This depends greatly on your specific application. Our on-line specifications sheets will help you determine which height, length and span makes the best option for your application. The original Standard Series is about a third larger than the Silhouette Series, which was developed for cars and vehicles with restricted clearances.
